SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days ($5.99).
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $100.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your package dispatches, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Express Shipping: Expedited options (1–2 business days) are available at checkout. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility Conditions: • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. • Original packaging and product tags must be intact. • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

How to Return an Item:

Visit our Support Center or email us with your Order Number and reason for return.
Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Repackage your items securely and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
