Shipping & Delivery Policy
Overview
Skin Factor LLC is the authorized U.S. distributor of SEDUSKIN by Laboratoire GlobalSkin, France. We serve verified healthcare and aesthetic professionals exclusively. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. distribution facilities under strict quality-control and temperature-monitored standards.
Geographic Coverage
We ship exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently process international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to credential verification and carrier signature requirements.
Processing & Handling Times
Order Processing: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends are processed on the following business day.
Verification: First-time orders from newly approved professional accounts may require additional verification of professional license credentials prior to dispatch.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
Standard transit times begin once the package has been dispatched from our facility:
Standard Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing carrier tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your verified professional account.
Due to the professional nature and value of SEDUSKIN products, all shipments require a adult signature upon delivery.
Shipping Fees & Tax
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package volume, and delivery destination. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with state laws.
